How do you make a Vertical Succulent Planter 2021

An answer today, I'm going to pledge up a succulent wall. Finally, a lot of people have been asking me to do this and I've been wanting to do this for a while. I was just kind of waiting for the Stars aligned to get the right plants in the right container a few months ago. I see quite a number of months ago. We did a meal time where I opened up a box and bright. Green had sent us one of their Grover systems, which are awesome.

They look amazing. I don't know how it works yet, but this Is what I do know about it. It's already has the little pockets where you can plant in which is nice. It's got these little, this is what they call moisture. Matt technology, which is supposed to help retain moisture and I'm going to be planting as a secular, but I'm still going to leave those in there just because the reservoir isn't very big. And the water is going to drain out of this thing. And I think it'll be helpful to water it. You even have to take it off the wall. There is a watering tray might right there. Just slides into the back like that. So you water into this and supposedly it trickles all the way down and then you can wait a little bit and there's a little plug at the bottom that you can pull out and put a cup under it and collect any excess moisture. That's drained. So once it's up on the wall, you essentially don't have to take it off the wall ever unless you want to replant it. So I've never used one of these before but I'm really excited to see how it works. And if it works like it says it's going to. I love that. Chef and fall against each other. There's a little bit of a boundary system going on barrier system, I guess and I just look is just so nice and clean and modern. So also we got another shipment from the second one source, and that's really what I wanted to make. Sure was to have some really, really beautiful plants to plant this up with. So I'm just going to go ahead and fill up all the reservoirs with cactus soil. Plant it up and I will show you all what it looks like. I think it's all done. And I love the way it turned out. I use mostly active areas and if you see them. Are you 25 plants total for this project? It was a mix of two and a quarter inch and 4 inch. I'm not sure how much of each one of them but some of them, some of them I was able to break up into more than one piece. So I was able to kind of poke them in here and there so it looks like I used more than that, but I didn't. I also use a little lesson for dry courts of cactus oil. There's still quite a bit left in there to use for something else not quite comfortable. Putting it all the way vertical yet. These were already rooted seconds, which I use on purpose, so that I only have to lay it flat for About two weeks to let everything get comfortable. Get used to it spot and then I think I'll hang it up. If I would have used cuttings for this type of project. It would have taken six to eight weeks for them to even start putting on roots. And then, I still wouldn't have been comfortable hanging it. I would have had to leave it for a few weeks longer. So the roots got more mature. Anyway, I'm just, I just wanted this project to be quicker than that. So you could use cuttings for a project like this. You also could use anything else. It just happens to be still winter here, so I can still order.
